Ginny was born on April 12, 1955, in Sedan, Kansas to Henry and Sarah Alice Logsdon Beck. Ginny had one brother Marvin Long, and three sisters Margie Sue Ewart, Louise Littlepage and Alice Seifert. Ginny was raised in Independence Kansas and that’s where she attended school, played sports and made a life for herself, and her family.
In 1972, Ginny married Billy K. Littlepage and shortly after started a family having two awesome boys Darrin Littlepage and Billy Don Littlepage. After sixteen years of marriage, Ginny and Billy divorced. In 1996 Ginny met the love of her life and married JR Davis. Ginny extended her family from two boys and added Joni Gaertner and Derrick Davis. This year Ginny and JR would have celebrated twenty-eight years of marriage.
Ginny started her career at Emersons in Independence, KS. She left there and went to work for USD 446. While working for USD 446 she was able to work and serve the kids along with spending time and spoiling Darrin during lunch. She moved on from USD 446 and went to work for Standard Motors and worked there for approximately thirty years until she retired.
Ginny’s children include Darrin Littlepage and wife Kelly, Billy Don Littlepage and wife Brook, Joni Gaertner and husband Lance and Derrick Davis and wife Lesa.
Her grandchildren are Tatum, Brayden and Emma Jean Littlepage, Savannah and Austin Littlepage, Kassidy with husband Ian Stephens, Jordan and husband Zane Rogers and Wyatt Hannah, Tyler Boardman and his wife Bree, Trenton Gaertner, Laken Davis Flanary and husband Brad, Jacob Davis and wife Bailey and Whitley.
Ginny’s great grandchildren include Harper Stephens, Finnely Stephens, Braylegh Rogers, Fern Flanary, Darcy Flanary, Lincoln Flanary, Elouise Flanary, Hudson Davis, Jackson Davis, Kyndon Boardman, Oliver Boardman and Finnley Boardman.
She is proceeded in death by her father Henry Beck, mother Sarah Alice Logsdon Beck, sister Margie Sue Ewart and husband JR Davis.
Services will be held at First Church of the Nazarene in Independence, Kansas on Saturday, August 3, at 11AM. Flowers can be delivered to Potts Chapel in Independence or at First Church of the Nazarene. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Church of the Nazarene.
