Todd Alan Trimmell, cherished father and grandpa, was born on February 5, 1968, in Independence, Kansas. He departed this life on July 25, 2025, at his home in Cherryvale, Kansas, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family and passions.
Todd was deeply rooted in nature, taking great joy in gardening, exploring the outdoors, shooting guns, and engaging in activities such as hunting and fishing. His love for the earth was mirrored in the way he nurtured his garden, which he generously shared with friends and family. He treasured the time spent outside, whether it was cultivating the land he started or simply enjoying the beauty that surrounds him.
As a father, Todd was immensely proud of his children, daughter Haley and son Seth. He actively supported Haley at her track meets, always encouraging her and cheering her on. The memories of wrestling with Seth and attending football games were moments he cherished dearly. His enthusiasm for life also extended to his three grandchildren—Reed, Rylee, and Arjun—who brought profound joy and pride to him.
He held a deep respect and love for his parents, especially honoring the memory of his late father, Robert Trimmell. Todd’s mother, Connie (Mason) Trimmell, remains a source of strength and support within the family, and his spirit will continue to resonate through the lives of those who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his mother Connie (Mason) Trimmell, son Seth Trimmell, daughter Haley Trimmell, and three grandchildren Reed, Rylee, and Arjun.
He is proceeded in death by his father Robert Trimmell.
As we remember Todd, we celebrate his vibrant personality and his unwavering love for his family. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, in the gardens he tended, and in the many memories shared with those he held dear.
