Stuart Henderson

Stuart Lee Henderson, 61, of Burden, Kansas passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at his home. A graveside service will be Monday, January 7, 2019 at the Fairview Cemetery in Niotaze, Kansas at 1:00pm. Arrangements have been entrusted with Potts Chapel of Independence. Memorials are suggested to the Burden Fire Department and can be left with the funeral home.
Stuart Lee Henderson was born on February 21, 1957 in Wichita, Kansas. He was the son of Everett and Beulah (Humphrey) Henderson. He graduated college in Wichita then attended broadcasting school. Stuart worked for 15 years for the Sedgwick County Zoo in horticulture.
Stuart enjoyed to fish and was an avid gun collector. He was also a military and aircraft enthusiastic.
Those left to cherish his memory are daughters: Shawna (Tony) Nation and Sunnie (Marty) Morris, four grandchildren, sisters: Barbara (John) Palmer, Judith St. Clair and brother: Ed Henderson.
Proceeding him in death are his parents.
