Sarah Engbroten

Sarah Dawn Engbroten daughter of Diane L.Schuble Fryback, and Roland A. Engbroten, was born January 11, 1982, in Kansas City, Kansas. She departed this life on September 8th, 2009 in Cherryvale, Kansas, at the age of 27. She spent her early years in Eldridge Missouri, with her mother, sisters Christal Faith, and Amber Estelle, moving to Cherryvale in 1994, where she, her mother and sister Amber made their home. Sarah was a bright, happy, somewhat cantankerous girl, and a very fun loving character. She loved to sing all through the day, and had beautiful voice. Sarah would have been content to surround herself with all the worlds animals in need of love. She especially loved her dog and best friend Orson. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister and aunt, sharing her love with her mother, Diane, step father Steve, sisters Christal, and Amber, niece Ashley, nephews Garrett, Blake, and Gavin. She will be dearly missed by all of us who loved her. Survivors include her mother and step father Diane and Steve Fryback of Cherryvale, Kansas; her father Roland A. Engbroten of Gardner, Kansas; two sisters Christal Faith Hillhouse of Competition, Missouri; Amber Estelle Engbroten of Cherryvale, Kansas and step sister Heather Janousek of Dodge City, Kansas; two step brothers Jeffrey Fryback of Colby, Kansas and Jason Fryback of Dodge City, Kansas; Her Niece Ashley Engbroten of Cherryvale, Kansas, three nephews Gavin Boggs of Cherryvale, Kansas, Garrett and Blake Hillhouse both of Competition, Missouri; four aunts Theresa Wehner of Springhill, Kansas, Julie and husband Dave Cowl of Clinton, Missouri, Racheal Greene of Jefferson, Missouri and Chris Johnson of Kansas City, Missouri; two uncles Tim Engbroten of Wellsville, Kansas, Frank Schuble of Chicago, Illinois , Dearly loved cousins, Jonathan Schuble of Dallas, Texas, Delores and Johnny Sehorn, of Kansas City Missouri, Orson, and so very many friends. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 15, 2009 at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Cherryvale, Kansas. Visitation hours will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, September 14, 2009 with the family receiving friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas.
