Ryker Bowers

Ryker Layne Bowers, cherished son of Nick Bowers and KayLeigh Hurst, was born without heartbeat on October 1, 2012 at 1:31am at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, weighing 2 lbs 0 oz and 13 12 in long. He is greeted in Heaven by his grandfathers, Johnny Alan Hurst of Edna, and Nicks Dad, Kenneth Lynn Bowers of Olathe, Kansas and mourned on Earth by his grandmothers Cindy Hurst of Edna, and Mary Peyton of Coffeyville and half brother Jordan Bowers, also of Coffeyville. Heavens gain was our loss when our angel was called by our Lord. Ryker came into this world too soon and was too perfect to stay. Though he never spent any time with us, he touched many lives. A graveside service will be officiated by Pastor Mark Wilson at Cherryvale Cemetery on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 2 pm, where Ryker will be laid to rest with his maternal Grandfather. A Ballon release will follow services in memory of Ryker. Ryker was baptized by Pastor Mark Wilson and by his mommys tears. The family has suggested memorials to the Ryker Layne Bowers Memorial Stone Fund and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel in Cherryvale, Kansas and can be mailed to P.O.
