Rebecca Robertson

Rebecca Gay (Bish) Robertson passed away on December 10th, 2017 at the Village Hospice Center in Lee Summitt, MO.
Becky was born August 9th, 1954 in Aberdeen Maryland. She moved to Independence with her family in 1959, where she attended local schools and graduated from Independence High School in 1972.
She is survived by her three children, Jamie Stidham (Sonya) and two children, of Carl Junction MO, his former wife Bobbi Stidham and their son of Kansas City, MO. Shawn Stidham (Chameka) and their two children of Blue Springs, MO. Jordan Stidham (Foster) and her two children of Lee Summitt, MO.
She is also survived by a sister, Delana Delameter of Raytown, MO, brother, Brandt Bish (Barbara) of Junction City, KS, and a sister-in-law, Judy Santee (Steve) of Kansas City. She also has a bushel of nieces and nephews and their babies. #largefamily.
Becky is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Polly Bish, and brother Paul M. Bish.
Becky enjoyed golf, fishing, visiting with family and watching the kids and grandkids' sporting events. She had many friends throughout high school including the Pew Sisters that remained close all throughout life. She was part of many organizations and clubs including choir, horseback riding, and participated in the annual Queen Neelah pageant.
Becky worked as a dental assistant for most of her life and I'll bet she cleaned your teeth.
Memorial donations are suggested to Jamie Stidham. All donations go to helping with funeral cost, medical bills and to the Battered Women Support Group.
Becky Robertson was beautiful inside and out and loved by many.
