Phillip Matthew Riggle infant son of Matthew John Riggle and Rose Marie Moore past away Sunday, April 5, 2009 at the Mercy Hospital in Independence, Kansas. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2009 at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas. Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation hours will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 9, 2009 at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas. The family has suggested memorials to the Phillip Matthew Riggle Memorial Fund and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel. Phillip was born January 31, 2009 in Independence, Kansas. Survivors include his parents Matthew John Riggle and Rose Marie Moore; Sister Amber Riggle of Independence, Kansas; Paternal Grandmother Kimberly Riggle of Independence; Maternal Grandmother Rose Lair of Independence, Kansas; Paternal Great Grandmother Elnora Stamps of Port Orange, Florida; Seven Aunts, Crystal and Angela Riggle, Cheris and Nicole Moore, Charlotte Dieterich, Marjorie Hall and Diane Shelton; and five Uncles Paul and Timothy Riggle, James Sullivan, Nicholas Dieterich and Kenneth Hall.
