Patricia Gregory

Patricia (Patsy) Gregory passed away on Friday, February 28, 2020 at her home in Independence, Kansas. Reciting of the Rosary will take place at Potts Chapel in Independence at 6:00 pm on Monday, March 9th . Friends are encouraged to sign the register and greet the family following the Rosary from 6:30 pm to 8:00pm. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Andrew Catholic Church on Tuesday, March 10th at 10:00 am with burial immediately following at Calvary Cemetery.

Patricia was born on Dec. 31, 1965, to George and Patricia Bishop in Phoenix, Arizona. She was the eighth child of ten. She had five brothers and four sisters. Patsy graduated from Independence High School in 1983. Patsy was employed at Emerson Electric, Medicalodges of Independence, and ACME for 10 plus years. On November 19, 2004, Patsy married Frank Gregory at St. Andrew Catholic Church. Patsy loved to fish, visit the local casinos, play board games and cards with her family, and go camping. Patsy will be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, sister, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all.

Patsy is preceded in death by her father, George Bishop, brothers, Chris Bishop, Bill Bishop, sisters, Mary Simpson, Kathy Davis.

She is survived by her husband Frank Gregory of fifteen years, her stepson Terry Gregory, her son Anthony Bishop and his wife Danielle Bishop and three grandchildren Brycen, Bentley and Wesley, mother, Patricia (Patty) Bishop, brothers, Dave Bishop, Fred Bishop, Tim Bishop, and sisters, Geri Leoffler, Nancy Segura.
