OSCAR MCKINNEY Oscar McKinney, 69, formally of Independence, Kansas, died Friday February 5, 2010 in Overland Park, Kansas at the Indian Meadows Nursing Center. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the Potts Chapel of Independence. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
