Morgan Lee Davidson, Bella Vista, Arkansas, passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 76. He was born on November 10, 1947, in Independence, Kansas to his loving parents Rex and Bobbi Davidson.
Growing up in Elk City, Kansas, Morgan received his education from the local schools. From a young age, he showed a passion for hard work and perfectionism. These qualities would shape his career and personal life.
In 1966, Morgan enlisted in the United States Army and served his country with pride for four years. During his service, he was a part of the prestigious 2027 Assault Helicopter Bn as well as the 1st Cavalry Air Mobile Div. His dedication to duty and commitment to excellence earned him the respect of his comrades.
After his military service, Morgan married Pamela Osburn, together they shared two children. They later divorced. He embarked on a successful career in the technology industry. His ownership of Computerland in Emporia, Kansas for 13 years, allowed him to share his knowledge and passion for computers with the community. Later, he moved to Olathe, Kansas, where he lived for the next 15 years.
Upon retiring from TradeNet Publishing Inc., Morgan continued pursuing his hobbies and interests. He was particularly fond of fishing and spent countless hours creating fishing lures as well as loading shotgun shells. An avid angler, he participated in numerous Bass Tournaments and even achieved victory on several occasions. Additionally, Morgan enjoyed the thrill of hunting deer and upland bird hunting.
One of Morgan's greatest joys was spending time with his family, especially his cherished grandchildren. He treasured every moment shared with them and created lasting memories. Morgan was not only a hard worker but also known for being hard-headed when it came to achieving perfection.
Morgan is survived by his loving children, Carey Chism of Independence, KS and Doug (Jennifer) Davidson of Oswego, KS. His grandchildren, Avery Kay Chism of Lincoln, NE; Wyatt Chism of Independence, KS; William (Baelin) Whittley of Oswego, KS; and Jazen Russell of Columbus, KS, and great-grandchildren Keaton and Kover Whittley as well as Jaylon Russell.
