Minnie L. Hinrichs, age 67, of Cherryvale, Kansas died Friday, October 11, 2013 at her home in rural Cherryvale, Kansas.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Crystalbrook Church with the Reverend Dick Drumeller officiating. Burial will follow in the Neodesha Cemetery under the direction of the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas.
Visitation hours will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas. Family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Crystalbrook Church in Independence, Kansas.
The family has suggested memorials to the Crystalbrook Church and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas.
Minnie was born April 28, 1946 in Buffville, Kansas to James and Goldie Moore Harrison. Minnie grew up in Neodesha, Kansas and attended schools in Neodesha, Kansas. Minnie worked at a daycare and as a CNA and CMA at several area nursing homes. She was a member of the Crystalbrook Church.
On December 5, 1986 Minnie married John Hinrichs the couple made their home in Independence, Kansas before moving to rural Cherryvale, Kansas.
Survivors include husband John of the home one son Wes Bearman of Independence, Kansas 2 nephews and two special friends Mary Bowen and Elaine Clovey both of Independence, Kansas. She was preceded in death by three siblings.
