Michael Mcguire

Michael D. Buzz McGuire,54, of Independence died Tuesday at his home. Cremation has taken place and Visitation will be held Monday, August 29, 2011 from 8:00am to 7:00 pm with the family receiving friends from 5:00pm to 7:00pm under the direction of Potts Chapel, Independence. Buzz was born May 22, 1957 in Independence the son of Clyde and Lorna Landon McGuire. He grew up in Independence and graduated from the Independence School system. On July 3, 2006 Buzz married Phyllis Neely in Miami, Oklahoma and she survives at the home. Michael worked as a Assistant Production Manager for the Catalytic Industrial Systems of Independence. Survivors include his wife Phyllis McGuire, Independence, one daughter Melissa Muller, Independence, Ks, two brothers Mickey McGuire, Independence, Ks, Robert McGuire, California, Four sisters Patricia Viscarra, Independence, Debbie Boyer, Florida, Kay Palmer California, Sandra Hunt of Missouri, two grandchildren Destiny Reeve of Oklahoma, Chandra Myers of Independence.
