Lucille Jean McCammonEtter, age 62, died Friday, February 21, 2014 at the Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at the Assembly of God Church with the Pastor Mike Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunnyside Cemetery under the direction of the Potts Chapel in Caney, Kansas.
Visitation hours will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2014 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Potts Chapel in Caney, Kansas.
The family has suggested memorials to the Etter Family Fund at the American Heritage Bank in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel in Caney, Kansas.
Lucille was born May 23, 1951 to Howard and Vivian Mccammon. She grew up in Caney, Kansas and graduated from the Caney High School in 1970. On March 13, 1970 Lucille married Ronnie Etter of Caney, Kansas. She was employed for 24 years at Wal Mart in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church and donated apples and oranges to the Caney Christmas Parade for many years.
Survivors include her husband Ronnie Etter of the Home daughters Diane and husband Fred King, Donna and husband David Dickerson both of Daphne, Alabama one son Jeff and wife Amy AshlockEtter of Bartlesville, Oklahoma Mother Vivian McCammon of Caney, Kansas one sister Linda Schaefer of Bartlesville, Oklahoma two brothers Tony McCammon and Jimmie McCammon both of Caney, Kansas eight grandchildren Brittany King, Trey King, Hunter Etter, Kolby Ashlock, Kelsey Dickerson, Nevaeh Ashlock, Dylan Dickerson and Payton Dickerson.
