Lee Williams, 58, of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at his home. Celebration of Life Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 27, 2011 at Potts Chapel of Cherryvale with Pastor Brian Harris, officiating. Family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Private family interment will be held at Fairview Cemetery in Cherryvale. Memorial remembrances are suggested to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and they may be left at Potts Chapel or mailed to P.O. Box 801, Independence, Kansas 67301. Oral Lee Williams was born June 17, 1953 in Independence, Kansas the son of Charles F. Williams and Pauline J. Large Williams. He grew up and lived most his life in Cherryvale and attended schools in Cherryvale. In 1973 he was united in marriage to Sharon Bell and they later divorced. He was united in marriage to Susan Stroupe and they were later divorced. Lee worked as a machinist for Boeing in Wichita, Kansas, MM Moulders, Cobalt and most recently at Amazon. He was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous. A couple of weeks ago he was baptized in the Cherryvale Nazarene Church. He is survived by two daughters, Carey Stalford of Lincoln, Nebraska, Crystal Arebalo of Wichita, Kansas one son, Aaron Williams and his wife Jessica of Wellington, Kansas one brother, Donnie Williams and his wife Glendale of Parsons, Kansas two sisters, Kathy Mustain and her husband Royce of Cherryvale, Joyce Thomas and her husband Gene of Cherryvale seven grandchildren, Brianna Stalford of Lincoln, Nebraska, Jesse Skupa of Wichita, Kansas, Seth Pearson of Independence, Kansas, Angelique Arebalo of Wellington, Kansas, Aaron Williams Jr., Ashland Williams and Justin Williams of Wellington, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jerald Williams.
