Larry Dwain Hollandsworth was born on April 22,1946 on his family farm in Wyandotte, OK to Alfred and Ruby (Arnold) Hollandsworth.

He was proceeded in death by his sister Rolla Rigsby, Sister-in-law Carolyn Hollandsworth and brother-in-law George Oleman.

Larry attended Wyandotte High School. After graduating High School Larry entered the Air Force where he served four years and was Honorably discharged. He later earned his teaching degree at Oklahoma University and went on to earn his Masters and Specialist Degree from Pittsburg State University. Larry was a coach to many in his fifty-one years of teaching.

He is survived by his wife Patricia (Pat), his children Tyler Hollandsworth and Kelly (Darrin) Littlepage. He helped raise Zack and Alex Randolph. Together with grandchildren, Brayden Littlepage, Emma Jean Littlepage and Tatum Littlepage, they formed an unbreakable bond. He is survived by his brother Ron, his sister Linda Sue Oleman, numerous nephews and nieces, God child Steve in Africa and his Good friend Jim Hogan.

Larry was a member of Saint Andrews Catholic Church and a member of The Knights of Columbus.

Visitation will be on July 16th, 2026, from 5pm to 7pm at Potts Funeral Home. A Rosary will take place at 6pm. Funeral Mass will take place at Saint Andrews Catholic Church on July 17th, 2026 at 10am. Graved side service’s will follow directly after at Mount Hope Cemetery Calvary Catholic Section.
