Kylia Heape

Kylia (Welch) Heape passed away June 8, 2025. Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Potts Chapel.

Kylia was born on September 24, 1954, in Independence, Kansas.

She was proceeded in death by her father Kyle Welch, mother Maxine, sister Kay Davis, and Mary Dye.

She leaves behind husband Dan Heape, sons Danny Lee of Cherryvale, Shane Kyle of Parkville, Missouri, Jason Bill of Louisburg, Kansas, sisters Robin Long, Bonnie Vannoster, two daughters in law Angela and Kylee, eleven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
