Kathianne Denny

Kathianne Denny, 51, of Centerville Iowa, passed away Sunday (January 8, 2023) in Tyro, KS.

She was born April 7, 1971, on Blytheville Air Force Base, AR to Lloyd and Mary Beth Jones. She grew up in the Caney area where she attended school.

On July 14, 1990 she married William (Bill) Denny in Caney, KS.

Her proudest accomplishment was her two sons. Nothing brought a smile to her face faster than the mention of one of her children.

Kathi is survived by her husband Bill; her two sons, Dakota and Alyssa Denny of Wichita and Riley and Shaylynn Denny of Converse, TX; her father and stepmother Lloyd and Donna Jones of Tyro; two sisters, Raechel and Patrick Bertrand of Tyro and Kelly Jones of Carol Stream, IL; step siblings, Breanna, Cody and Jaron; and all of her nieces and nephews.

Kathi was preceded in death by mother Mary Beth; her aunt Kathy; and her grandmother Mary Nell.

A Celebration of Life Service will be at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday (January 17, 2023) at the Solid Rock United Pentecostal Church in Coffeyville, KS with Reverend Mark Waits officiating. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Potts Chapel.
