Jerry Mcintosh

Jerry McIntosh, age 69 of Independence, Kansas died Sunday February 12, 2012 at the Mercy Hospital in Independence, Kansas. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2012 at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas with the Reverend Steve Butler officiating. Private family burial will take place at a later date. Visitation hours will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2012 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas. Jerry McIntosh was born September 15, 1942 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Robert and Ruth Dill McIntosh. He grew up in Coweta, Oklahoma and graduated from the Coweta School System. On June 30, 1995 Jerry married Caroline Heller and the couple made their home in Independence, Kansas. Jerry worked at Cessna in the tool and die department and various other places. Survivors include his wife Caroline McIntosh of the home three sons Brett McIntosh of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Steve McIntosh of Haysville, Kansas and Bill McIntosh of Texas three daughters Teresa Dent of Gary, Texas, Carol Rotramel of Wichita, Kansas, and Tammy Rotramel of Gary, Texas one brother Charles McIntosh of Coweta, Oklahoma one sister Mary Ann Morton of Coweta, Oklahoma 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
