Helen Harshman

Helen Maxine Harshman, 89, of Henderson, Nevada died Monday at the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00am Monday February 27, 2012 at the Potts Chapel Caney, Kansas with the Reverend Steve Butler Officiating. Burial will follow in the Fredonia Cemetery, Fredonia, Kansas under the direction of the Potts Chapel, Caney. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 5:00PM Sunday February 26, 2012 at the Potts Chapel, Caney the family will be present during this time. Helen was born November 17, 1922 in Eureka, Kansas the daughter of Doyle L. and Mary E. Purdy LaCrone. Helen married Ed Harsh man and they made their home in Neodesha, Kansas. Ed preceded her in death. Helen Managed and owned several Restaurants. Helen was a member of the Bartlesville, Oklahoma VFW and the American Legion. Survivors include three sons Gary Denning, Bakersfield, California, Leo Denning, Grove, Oklahoma, Ernest Stimpson Jr. and five grandchildren.
