Glen Schell

Glen Joe Schell, age 43 of Cherryvale, Kansas died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at the St. Francis Via Christi in Wichita, Kansas. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, December 22, 2008 at the Potts Chapel in Cherryvale, Kansas with the Reverend Andy Turner officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery in Parsons, Kansas. The family has suggested memorials to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel. Glen Joe Schell was born July 30, 1965 in Parsons, Kansas to Glen and Deanna Warren Schell. He grew up in Texas and graduated from High School in Texas. Joey was a carpenter in Texas and in the Cherryvale area after moving back in 1987. Survivors include three sons Christopher Schell of Parsons, Kansas, Jacob Schell of Kansas City, Kansas and Tucker Schell of Kansas City, Kansas; two step sons Brandon and Curtis Morris of Kansas City, Kansas, one step daughter Jamie Dover of Parsons, Kansas; four brothers Stephen Haggerton of Joplin, Missouri, Kenneth Schell of Cherryvale, Kansas, Jimmy Dean Davis of Independence, Kansas, and Timmy Davis of Hutchinson, Kansas; two sisters Ramona Ball of Joplin, Missouri and Cindy Page of Branson, Missouri; two step grandchildren.
