Frank Lester Mitchell

Frank L. Mitchell, 76 of Coffeyville, Kansas, passed away on the morning of December 9th, 2023. Frank wa born on November 9, 1947, to Willard D. Mitchell and Ruby M. Plottner in Independence, Kansas.

On November 25th of 1966. Frank and Debra married in Parsons, Kansas. Frank and Debra went on to have two children, Frank Jr., spouse Dana Mitchell and Lisa Shivers, spouse Mike Shivers.

In 2009, Frank retired and spent his time woodworking, trout fishing and camping with his wife, children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brother Charles Mitchell and grandchildren Zachary and Rebekah Mitchell.

Frank is survived by his wife, Debra, brother Kenneth Mitchell, sister Dorothy Mallow, 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
