Eulonda Crevling

Eulonda M. Jewett Crevling, 81, of Parsons, Kansas and formerly of Cherryvale, Kansas passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at Elm Haven East Nursing Home in Parsons. Celebration of Life Services will be held 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Potts Chapel of Cherryvale. Visitation will be held from 12 Noon until service time on Tuesday at Potts Chapel of Cherryvale. Private family burial will take place at a later date. Eulonda Marie Jewett Crevling was born June 1, 1929 in Montgomery County, Kansas the daughter of Cecil Jewett and Roxie Kessel Jewett. She grew and attended schools in Cherryvale and graduated from Cherryvale High School. She was united in marriage to George Low October 31, 1949 in Cherryvale and they later divorced. She was united in marriage to Joseph Crevling and he preceded her in death in 2008. She moved to the west coast in 1965 and worked as an electronics inspector in Reno, Nevada for many years until she retired. She moved back to Parsons six months ago to be closer to family. Survivors include one son, Ronald Ray Low of Parsons, Kansas, ex husband, George Low of Parsons, Kansas, one niece, Katryn Moore of Dennis, Kansas, six nephews, Virgil, Frank, Vernon, Leonard, Marvin James of Parsons, Kansas and Martin James of Neodesha, Kansas, one sister in law Captola James of Parsons, Kansas.
