EILEENE E. WALKER, 84, OF CHERRYVALE, DIED SUNDAY JANUARY 24, 2010, AT THE CHERRYVALE MANAGEMENT LLC. FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD FRIDAY JANUARY 29, 2010 AT 1000 AM AT THE POTTS CHAPEL INDEPENDENCE, WITH THE REVEREND CHARLES JAY OF THE ANCHOR CHURDCH OF CHANUTE,KANSAS OFFICIATING. INTERMENT WILL BE AT THE FAIRVIEW CEMETERY IN CHERRYVALE, KANSAS. VISITATION WILL BE THURSDAY JANUARY 28, 2010 FROM 800AM TO 800 PM WITH THE FAMILY RECEIVING FRIENDS FROM 700 PM TO 8:00 PM A MEMORIALWITH THE ALZHEIMERS FOUNDATION HAS BEEN SET UP AND MAY BE LEFT WITH THE POTTS CHAPEL. EILEENE WAS BORN SEPTEMBER 25, 1925 IN TIAWA, OKLAHOMA THE DAUGHTER OF ELMER AND NEVA COLLINS ISAAC. SHE ATTENDED THE APOSTOLIC COLLEGE. ON SEPETEMBER 5, 1949 SHE WAS UNITED IN MARRIAGE TO ORVILLE WALKER, HE PRECEDED HER IN DEATH IN 1997. SHE WAS A MEMBER OF THE UNITED PENTECOSTAL CHURCH. DURING THEIR MARRIAGE THEY PASTORED 34 YEARS THE UNITED PENTECOSTAL CHURCH IN CHERYVALE, KANSAS MRS. WALKER ALSO WORKED IN ELECTRONICS FOR THE PEERLESS MANFACTURING CO. IN CHERRYVALE AS WELL AS A SEAMSTRESS OF THE H. D. LEE COMPANY ALSO OF CHERRYVALE. SURVIVORS ARE TWO SONS ORVILLE WALKER CATHY OF CHANUTE, KANSAS, MICHAEL WALKER WIFE PATTY OF GLENA PARK TEXAS, ONE DAUGHTER CAROL VAN DYNE HUSBAND STANLEY MARK OF CHERRYVALE, KANSAS, ONE BROTHER ALBERT ISAAC OF PONCA CITY OKLAHOMA, ONE SISTER VERNA SHIPLEY, OF HENDERSON,TEXAS. 10 GRANDCHILDREN AND 11 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN
