Eileen Richardson

Eileen Shirley Payne, McCleary, Richardson, age 88 of Neodesha, KS joined her Lord and Savior on Monday, September 11, 2017 at the Labette County Medical Center in Parsons, KS.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 14th, 2017 at the Loran-Fawcett Funeral Home in Neodesha, Ks from 12:00-7:00 p.m. Family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 pm. Services will be held on Friday September 15th at the Nazarene Church in Neodesha. Graveside services will follow.
Eileen Shirley Richardson was born December 30th, 1928 in Independence, KS. Her parents were Orval and Ethel Howell Payne. Eileen attended the Independence Bible School. Eileen was a homemaker most of her life, she also worked in healthcare and worked at Cobalt boats in Neodesha. Eileen attended the Bible Holiness, and was a member of the Nazarene Church in Neodesha.
Eileen married Orville McCleary in West Plains, Missouri on September 2, 1945. They moved to Anderson, California and spent 27 years. Eileen and Orville had three sons, Doug, Mark, and Brian. They moved to Drury, Missouri in 1970, then on to Neodesha, Ks where they settled in 1974. Orville preceded her in death in 1984. Eileen married Jimmy Richardson on November 18, 2005, they lived in Neodesha until his death in January 2014.
Survivors include her sister Adonna Gregory, Bartlesville, OK, four brothers and sister in laws, Andy and Vera Livingston, Independence, KS, Jerry and Sharon Livingston, Neodesha, KS Danny and Marty Livingston, Wichita, KS Jeff Livingston, Neodesha, KS two sister-in-laws, Janice McCleary, Mt. Grove, Mo, Jean Holton, Springfield, Mo. Her sons and daughter in laws, Doug and Kathy McCleary, Dora, Missouri, Mark and Tammie McCleary, Bernice, Oklahoma and Brian and Paula McCleary, Bernice, Oklahoma. Eileen's grandchildren are Michelle, Shawn, Jennifer, Matt, Jessica, Mark, Amber, Becca, and Brent, Brad and Darrin. Great grandchildren are Doug, Bailey, Brylee, Grayson, Wyatt, Taten, Cohen, Tegan, Ryker, Lane, Gavin, Jayce and Ryan. Eileen had several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Martha Statum, Rosie Arnold, Avona Payne, Charlotte Ann Payne and Marsha Redington, her brothers, Olin Payne and Orval D Payne.
