Donald Ray Tosh, age 61, of Independence, Kansas died Sunday, March 6, 2011 at the Regal Estates in Independence, Kansas. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held at a later date. Donald Ray Tosh was born May 2, 1949 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Levi and Evelyn Woods Tosh. Donald was raised by Carolyn R. Tosh. He grew up in Coffeyville, Kansas and attended schools in Coffeyville, Kansas. Survivors include two sisters Eva Elstun of Coffeyville, Kansas and Priscilla S. Tosh of Parsons, Kansas two brothers Levi and Travis Tosh both of Kansas City, Missouri
