Donald Reno Nally, age 75, of Caney, Kansas died Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the Caney Nursing Center in Caney, Kansas. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Bolton Friends Church with the Pastor Grady Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Harrisonville Cemetery under the direction of the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas. Visitation hours will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2013 at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2013 at the Bolton Friends Church with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The family has suggested memorials to the Kids Club at Bolton Friends Church and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel in Independence, Kansas. Donald was born January 22, 1938 in Caney, Kansas to Hector and Pauline Fern Stewart Nally. He grew up in Caney, Kansas. Donald worked in Wichita, Kansas for a trash company, several different farmers and junked for many years. He was also employed at Class LTD for ten years and loved country music. Donald was a member of the Bolton friends Church. Survivors include two brothers John and wife Patty OShields of Bolton, Kansas and Jim OShields of Coffeyville, Kansas four sisters Avo Richards of Wichita, Kansas, Nancy and husband Roy Baker of Caney, Kansas, Angela and husband Edwin Pooster of Cherryvale, Kansas and Kay and husband Jim Foulk of Bartlesville, Oklahoma 19 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
