Delvin Davolt

Delvin L. Davolt, 63, of Parsons, Kansas passed away Wednesday November 19, 2015 at the Parson State Hospital, Parsons, Kansas.
A Celebration of life Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, 2015, at the Potts Chapel with Pastor Tom Davolt of The Park View Holiness Church in Chanute officiating and Reverend Lloyd Davolt assisting. Burial will follow in the Sherman Cemetery in Sherman, Kansas under the direction of the Potts Chapel Independence.
Visitation hours will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p. m., Monday, November 23, 2015 at the Potts Chapel with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m.
The family has suggested memorials to the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center Endowment Association and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel.
Delvin was born September 25, 1952 in Oswego, Kansas the son of Raymond C. and Lorene (Cargile) Davolt.
Survivors include one sister Mary E. Simmons and two nieces Dala Marie Loomer and husband Doug and Gayla Creek and husband of Altoona, Kansas, one great niece Emily Loomer of Independence, two great Nephews Logan Loomer of Independence and Jaidyn Creek of Altoona, Kansas.
