Danny Banzet

Danny Ray Banzet, 58, of Caney, Kansas died Monday at the St Francis Hospice Unit, Wichita, Kansas. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The family has suggested memorials to the Tyro Christian Church Celebrate Recovery program and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel, Caney, Kansas. Danny was born December 15, 1953 in Caney, Kansas the son of Norman Ray and Mary Ann Deal Banzet. He grew up in Caney attending the Caney Valley School and graduating from high school in 1972. Danny upon graduating from high school moved to Texas then to Arizona. Danny was a truck driver for 38 years and was dispatched all over the lower forty eight states. Danny coached youth softball, baseball and flag foot ball. He also umpired slow pitch mens softball. Survivors include seven cousins and one aunt.
