Clarence Donald Muller Jr.

Clarence Donald Muller Jr, 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 16, 2024 in Rogers, AR. He was born in Independence, KS on October 22, 1947, to Violet L Beck and Clarence D Muller Sr., who preceded him in death.

Don was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and his faith in God. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him.

Don is survived and missed by his three daughters Tara Castillo, Jessica Deschane & Monica Rudolph, four grandchildren Caden, Madison, Lacey & Declan, and his brother Jerry Muller and sister Sherry Wade.

In 1968 Don joined the Army and served his country during the Vietnam War as an E4 Specialist Vehicle Operations. After being honorably discharged, he went to work at Boeing for several years before leaving to join Williams Natural Gas Company. He retired after 33 years and in 2013 moved to Northwest Arkansas where two of his daughters and two grandsons reside. 

In his free time, Don loved to spend time with his family, fish, and witness to people about the goodness of God. His dedication to his faith and his desire to bring light to those around him epitomized his joyful and loving nature. Those who knew Don will remember him for his rare gift of making others smile and laugh, leaving a lasting impact on all who crossed his path. 

Although Don's physical presence may no longer grace our lives, may his memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth his legacy of love and compassion in all that we do. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, October 21st, at Potts Chapel Funeral Home in Independence, Kansas, with a burial to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. ‍
