Claire Yvonne (Tucker) Paniagua, 89, of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming passed away on October 16, 2019 at 5:39 a.m.
Claire was born January 29, 1930 in St. Louis, Oklahoma, daughter of Carl H. and Lula M. (Daniels) Tucker, Sr.
Claire was a loving mother and worked at many various jobs throughout her life. Her many interests included gardening and fishing. She and her previous husband, Delbert Dean Romig, had four children. She later married Mariano Garcia Paniagua and had three children from that union.
Claire is survived by children, Tom (Sandra) Romig, Glen Romig, Terry Romig, Mary Bradshaw, Mariano Claire (Laura) Paniagua, Tina Marie (Mike) Willoughby, and Leah Rose Ruiz; siblings, Joan Bennet, Wilma Andrews, Dolly Briggs, Dan (Betty) Tucker, Dean (Karen) Tucker, and David (Sandra) Tucker; 25 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many other relatives. .
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Mariano Garcia Paniagua; and brother, Carl H. Tucker, Jr.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church in Pine Bluffs. An interment service will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery in Independence, Kansas on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. A reception will follow at 200 East Locust in Independence.
