Charles Edward Minor Jr.

Charles E. Minor, Jr., age 77, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023, at his residence.

Charles Minor was born November 29, 1945, in Parsons, KS., to Charles and Irene Minor. He grew up in Parsons. He was a mechanic, specializing in Volkswagens. He operated Countyline Karaoke with his wife Evelyn, for many years.

Mr. Minor is survived by his wife, Evelyn Meddock, sister, Lynn Reeves, daughters, Tammy McQuitty, Barbie Layton, Jennifer Minor, Shanna Minor (Jonathan Murphy), Robin Igou (Zack), Jessica Garrison (Michael), stepson, David Tice, stepdaughter, Stephanie Tice, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mr. Minor was preceded in death by infant son, Brian Minor, parents, Charles and Irene Minor, sisters, Sylvia and Charlene, brother, Joe, and granddaughter, Bryena McQuitty.

Cremation has taken place under the direction of Potts Chapel and services will be held at a later date.
