Mr. Charles L. Dial Jr. age 84, Independence, KS, passed away September 14, 2014 at Montgomery Place. Following the wishes of Charles, cremation will take place and a memorial service honoring his life will be held on Friday September 19, 2014 at 3:00 pm at Penn Manor Apartments at the corner of Birch Street and Penn Ave. Services will be in the Sun Room, with military honors following on the south lawn. Arrangements have been entrusted to Potts Chapel.
