BRUCE WAYNE JOHNSTON Bruce Wayne Johnston, age 48, of Cherryvale, Kansas died Friday, October 14, 2011 at his home in Cherryvale, Kansas. Cremation has taken place under the direction of the Potts Chapel. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the Fairview Cemetery in Cherryvale, Kansas. Bruce Wayne Johnston was born December 6, 1962 in Coffeyville, Kansas to Paul Donald and Sue Kolb Johnston. Bruce grew up in Cherryvale, Kansas and graduated from the Cherryvale High School in 1980. Bruce worked in construction for ALERT, Evergreen, Forrest Strickland, Frank Westoff and Rick Housel. Survivors include his parents Don and Sue Johnston of Cherryvale, Kansas brother Steve and wife Lisa Johnston of Cherryvale, Kansas nephew Joseph Johnston of Beloit, Kansas
