Bonnie Sue Levan, age 70, of Caney, Kansas died Thursday, December 23, 2010 at her home in Caney, Kansas after a short illness. Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at the Assembly of God Church in Caney, Kansas with the Pastor Mike Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the Sunnyside Cemetery under the direction of the Potts Chapel in Caney, Kansas. Visitation hours will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 27, 2010 with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Potts Chapel in Caney, Kansas. The family has suggested memorials to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and contributions may be left at the Potts Chapel in Caney, Kansas. Bonnie was born November 8, 1940 in Sedan, Kansas to Howard and Ruby Evans McCammon. She grew up in Caney, Kansas and graduated from the Caney High School in 1958. On January 13, 1960 Bonnie married Bobby Levan in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The couple made their home in Caney, Kansas. Bonnie received her LPN license from the Jane Phillips Medical Center. She worked as an LPN for 20 years for Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Bonnie also worked for 10 years for Phillips and retired from Aptus in Coffeyville, Kansas. Survivors include her husband Bobby of the home three daughters Terri Holeman and husband Bill of Caney, Kansas, Tracy Coquillette and husband Damon of Caney, Kansas and Kristi Matthews and husband Scott of Wichita, Kansas one brother Bennie McCammon of Bartlesville, Oklahoma 10 grandchildren Will Holeman, Jessica Holeman, Tim Garton, Tyler Garton, Jordan Garton, Sam Coquillette, Sage Coquillette, Kirsten Coquillette, Brock Brown, Jade Brown and 4 great grandchildren Tucker Garton, Traxcyn Garton, Tynlee Garton and Brayden Garton. She was preceded in death by two brothers Howard McCammon and Byrle McCammon
