Billy F. Downey, 79, of Cherryvale, Kansas died Sunday, July 21, 2013 at the Cherryvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cherryvale, Kansas. Cremation has taken place and Services will be held at a later date. Billy was born June 3, 1934 in Dennis, Kansas the son of Frank and Ora Stafford. He grew up in Morehead, Kansas. Billy was a self employed handy man. He is survived by his nephew, Gene Line, Jr. of Cherryvale, Kansas.
